Global Mobility Vendor Management Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Global Mobility Vendor Management Specialist to oversee and manage vendor relationships related to global mobility programs. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing vendor performance, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations, and overseeing that our global mobility programs align with our company's goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with global mobility vendors, including relocation services providers, immigration firms, and other third-party service providers.
  • Negotiate contracts and service-level agreements (SLAs) to ensure the most effective vendor billing approach globally and that terms and conditions meet the organization's requirements.
  • Develop and maintain vendor scorecards and performance metrics to track vendor performance against agreed-upon targets.
  • Ensure that vendors comply with legal and regulatory requirements related to global mobility services.
  • Work closely with finance and procurement teams to manage the budget for vendor services, ensuring cost-effective solutions while maintaining quality standards.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to facilitate that vendor services align with company goals and objectives.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in global mobility and vendor management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, human resources, or related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in global mobility vendor management or related field.
  • Strong vendor management skills, including experience negotiating contracts, managing vendor relationships, and vendor billing.
  • Strong project management skills, including experience managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
  • Good understanding of financial reports, global mobility programs, and industry trends.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, coupled with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, global environment.
