Aufgaben

Wir suchen Dich als E-Commerce-Assistent (m/w/d) für unsere Online-Shop-Abteilung. Als Teil unseres Teams bist Du verantwortlich für die professionelle Auftragsabwicklung in unserem Online-Shop und den angeschlossenen Marktplätzen wie Amazon, Zalando, Otto, Kaufland und weiteren nationalen und internationalen Plattformen.

Du erstellst Artikel und pflegst den Content mit hochwertigen Bildern, aussagekräftigen Texten und relevanten Artikelmerkmalen. Mit Leidenschaft optimierst Du kontinuierlich unseren Online-Shop und die angeschlossenen Marktplätze, erkennst mögliche Fehler und bringst innovative Ideen ein.

Du unterstützt das operative Shopmanagement und übernimmst die schriftliche und telefonische Kundenbetreuung sowie die Bearbeitung von Reklamationen.

Du bist ein wertvolles Mitglied unseres dreiköpfigen E-Commerce-Teams und trägst aktiv zum Unternehmenserfolg bei.

Qualifikation

Idealerweise verfügst du über erste Erfahrungen im E-Commerce-Management, sei es im Umgang mit Online-Shops, Marktplätzen oder Tools. Alternativ hast du eine kaufmännische Ausbildung erfolgreich abgeschlossen.

Du bringst gute Kenntnisse in MS Office mit, Erfahrungen mit dem ERP-System plentymarkets sind von Vorteil.

Eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe und ein ausgeprägtes Auge für Details ermöglichen dir eine effiziente Fehlersuche und -behebung.

Strukturiertes, selbstständiges und zuverlässiges Arbeiten zeichnet dich aus und du bist ein echter Teamplayer, der gerne gemeinsam mit anderen an Projekten arbeitet.

Du bist motiviert, gemeinsam mit uns den Bereich E-Commerce weiter auszubauen und zeigst ein hohes Maß an Einsatzbereitschaft.
