About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled E-commerce Content & Marketing Specialist to join our team at TreLock GmbH. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective online content and marketing strategies to drive business growth and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage online product content, including product descriptions, images, and pricing information, to ensure accuracy and brand consistency.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to develop and execute marketing strategies to support business objectives.
  • Oversee the development and execution of annual account marketing plans, including product launches and marketing initiatives.
  • Develop and implement online product strategies for e-commerce partners.
  • Support product management and sales teams in executing new product launches and marketing-related initiatives.
  • Conduct bi-weekly and monthly advertising analysis and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Monitor and analyze category merchandising strategies of key competitors and top-performing online retailers to identify emerging trends.
  • Monitor and manage product presentation enhancements, including short and long descriptions, key features, and imagery.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve go-to-market strategies and tactics, customer experience, and ROI.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or marketing with 1-3 years of experience in e-commerce.
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce and online marketplace management, with demonstrable experience in successfully launching new products through e-commerce.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and German or Dutch.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to effectively work on multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
  • Ability to think creatively and analytically, with a strong attention to detail.
