Your Responsibilities
  • Deliver technical support to customers and partners for our software solutions
  • Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues
  • Perform root cause analysis and propose initial solutions
  • Develop FAQ articles, guides, and maintain the knowledge base
Qualifications
  • Degree or equivalent qualification in Information Technology
  • Strong focus on customer service
  • Ability to simplify complex concepts
  • Excellent communication skills in German, both written and verbal
  • Proficient in English
