About the Role

We are seeking a talented Cloud Talent Manager to join our EMEA team. As a key member of our Early Career Talent team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to attract, retain, and grow top talent in the cloud sales space.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute talent development strategies to drive business growth and revenue
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address talent gaps and opportunities
  • Design and deliver training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of early career talent
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including hiring managers, recruiters, and talent acquisition teams
  • Analyze data and metrics to inform talent development decisions and optimize program effectiveness

Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in talent development, recruitment, or a related field
  • Proven track record of success in developing and executing talent development strategies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyze data and metrics to inform talent development decisions
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of cloud sales
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working in a cloud sales or technology-related field
  • Knowledge of AWS products and services
  • Experience with data analysis and metrics
  • Strong project management skills
