Retail Sales Representative with Coverage Responsibility

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at PENNY. As a Sales Associate with Representation Function, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing store operations, and ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Work closely with the Store Manager to ensure the smooth operation of the store, including managing inventory, processing transactions, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
- Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist customers with product information, recommendations, and purchases, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Monitor and maintain store displays, ensuring they are visually appealing and well-stocked.
- Conduct regular inventory checks to prevent stock discrepancies and ensure accurate inventory levels.
- Previous retail experience, preferably in a sales or customer-facing role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and customers.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system.
