Become a part of the LEGO Brand Retail team as a 'LEGO Enthusiast' and deliver exceptional customer service in a lively and interactive store atmosphere. We are seeking motivated and enthusiastic individuals to join us on a seasonal, part-time basis.
Surpass our customers' expectations through engaging and enjoyable interactions
• Provide a unique experience for every visitor by warmly welcoming each guest, managing all cash register tasks, and maintaining a professional, friendly, and approachable demeanor at all times (80%)
• Maintain a clean, safe, and visually appealing environment by performing daily cleaning tasks, organizing store displays, and adhering to LEGO Brand Retail visual standards (10%)
• Efficiently manage the store stockroom while assisting with merchandise receiving, ensuring the stockroom meets company standards, and following all safety protocols (10%)

• Communicate effectively with team members and customers
• Process transactions and merchandise through the register system
• Be available to work various hours, including days, nights, and weekends as needed
• Access all areas of the store, including sales floor, stock areas, and register zones
• Physical requirements: Continuous movement, verbal communication, auditory processing, reaching, grasping, and standing for extended periods. May involve bending, kneeling, and climbing. Must be able to lift at least 30 lbs
• High-performing individuals may have the opportunity for this role to transition into a permanent position
