- Administer and troubleshoot network devices and clients.
- Improve the IT onboarding process for new team members, providing support, laptop/phone provisioning, and tailored training.
- Act as a subject matter expert in troubleshooting hardware issues, offering guidance to junior team members.
- Drive initiatives to optimize and automate IT tasks, reducing team workload, improving consistency, and enhancing user experience.
- 5-7 years of hands-on IT helpdesk, systems administration, or engineering experience in scale-ups or tech-driven organizations, with a proven track record in managing complex IT environments.
- Expertise in administering enterprise identity and productivity tools like Azure AD, Office 365, or similar platforms (e.g., Google Workspace).
- Proficiency in managing ticket-based enterprise workflow systems, with significant experience in Atlassian products like JIRA.
- Desired experience with Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions such as Meraki, Kandji, Jamf, or Intune, along with network device management and security.
- Strong communication skills, including clear articulation of ideas, effective documentation, and collaboration in a remote/hybrid team environment.
- Ability to work independently while aligning with team goals and deadlines.
