We are seeking a highly skilled Real Estate Acquisition Specialist to join our dynamic team at AUTO1 Global Services SE & Co. KG. As a key member of our Real Estate & Procurement Department, you will be responsible for managing and analyzing our nationwide portfolio of new and existing properties.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and analyze our nationwide portfolio of new and existing properties, ensuring optimal utilization and cost efficiency.
- Calculate, verify, and document all costs associated with property management, providing recommendations for cost optimization.
- Oversee and coordinate external service providers, architects, and engineers in collaboration with the Real Estate Team.
- Develop and implement strategic plans for maintenance, repairs, and renovations, ensuring compliance with company standards.
- Negotiate and finalize contracts for existing properties, and support the Expansion Team in leasing new locations as needed.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent, preferably with a background in real estate economics, and relevant work experience.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in MS Office and other relevant IT tools.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently, with a solutions-oriented approach.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in German and advanced English language skills.
- Flexible work arrangement with 2 days of remote work per week.
