Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, manage, and optimize the Group's SD-WAN/SD-Access network architecture.
- Ensure seamless functionality of network systems, including firewalls, routers, switches, and gateways.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot network infrastructure issues effectively.
- Handle service requests and modifications related to network infrastructure.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of all processes.
Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent IT training.
- In-depth understanding of networking concepts, including routing, switching, quality of service, and VPNs.
- Proven experience in configuring and managing Cisco network components (e.g., Cisco CCNA or similar certifications).
- Strong analytical abilities to tackle complex challenges.
- Customer-focused mindset with a collaborative spirit and the ability to work independently.
- Availability for on-call duties as required.
- Proficient in English; knowledge of German is a plus.
