Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, manage, and enhance the Group's SD-WAN/SD-Access network infrastructure.
- Ensure optimal performance and reliability of network systems, including firewalls, routers, switches, and gateways.
- Diagnose and resolve issues related to network infrastructure.
- Handle service requests and modifications pertaining to the network infrastructure.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of all processes.
Candidate Profile
- Degree in computer science or equivalent IT training.
- Strong understanding of network and infrastructure concepts, including routing, switching, quality of service, and VPNs.
- Experience with configuration and management of Cisco network components (e.g., Cisco CCNA or similar qualifications).
- Analytical mindset with the ability to tackle complex challenges.
- Customer-focused approach with a collaborative spirit and capability for independent work.
- Availability for on-call duties as required.
- Proficient in English; knowledge of German is a plus.
