Lead Program Manager, Broadband Division (m/f/d)

CTDI is a comprehensive global engineering, repair, and logistics firm that provides optimal cost solutions for many of the world's leading brands. We support the entire product life cycle, from initial design input and pre-sales testing to local customization and configuration, as well as our field support activities that encompass technical assistance and product repair, replacement, and refurbishment programs.

Your Responsibilities
  • Oversee a portfolio of significant Broadband or multi-divisional clients across Europe.
  • Develop and nurture senior-level relationships with our clients, ensuring our integral role in their strategic reliance for forward and reverse logistics and supply chain operations.
  • Drive revenue and margin enhancement initiatives while identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
  • Lead the implementation of new products and projects for both new and existing clients to broaden CTDI's service offerings.
  • Establish a network of contacts throughout Europe, both existing and new.
  • Ensure operational performance and quality align with customer and business expectations.
  • Collaborate with internal and external business partners to ensure business excellence.
  • Work with the VP Division to develop the Broadband strategy for sustainable business models.
  • Deliver and take ownership of business cases, ensuring appropriate levels of approval are secured.
  • Accountable for daily and life cycle P&L of your business.
  • Supervise Sub Vertical Program Managers across various European countries.
  • Report directly to the VP Broadband Division.
Your Qualifications
  • Proven experience in both commercial and operational sectors of the telecommunications industry, preferably within Broadband, Connected Home, or mobility, with a focus on account management and sales.
  • Outstanding communication and project management abilities are essential, demonstrating the capacity to lead and support cross-functional teams effectively in a dynamic environment.
  • Ability to navigate complex contractual agreements to identify solutions that align legal obligations, customer needs, and organizational goals.
  • Demonstrated capability to facilitate and engage in intricate technical discussions and drive the necessary information to build and expand a business.
  • Ability to comprehend and discuss daily P&L with business leaders and enhance performance with operational teams.
  • Analytical mindset with the capacity to interpret data, extract insights, and make informed decisions.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and approach.
  • Proactive, hands-on problem-solving skills.
