Position Overview
The EMEA Lights Product Manager will spearhead the success of the AM Product Portfolios and Roadmap, focusing on the EMEA markets for the brands AXA, Trelock, and Kryptonite. This role involves leading cross-functional teams to launch innovative products within the bicycle lighting category, utilizing a structured development process.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and update the AM Portfolios/Roadmap for all EMEA markets concerning lighting products.
- Conduct market research and analyze sales, profitability, and product life cycles to identify trends.
- Collaborate with Product Managers and Sales Managers to gather product requirements and success metrics.
- Lead new product development projects, ensuring alignment with project timelines and budgets.
- Provide technical and commercial support to sales teams for existing lighting products.
- Coordinate with other product managers to enhance internal processes and project management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Business.
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in New Product/Project Management, leading cross-functional teams.
- Proficient in product development processes and project management methodologies.
- Strong communication skills in both German and English.
- Experience in the bicycle or outdoor sports industry is preferred.
