Medical Display Sales Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Engineer to join our team in the EU, focusing on medical displays. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering product and sales demonstrations, providing technical support, and working closely with customers and prospects to understand their needs and deliver solutions that drive sales.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and deliver product and sales demonstrations and presentations to explain key technical aspects of LG medical displays and DXD to customers and prospects.
- Respond to functional and technical support requests from the sales team in European subsidiaries.
- Work with the product and sales team to interpret customer requirements and deliver solutions that meet their needs.
- Provide feedback to R&D/engineering for product improvements.
- Shape future products by translating customer needs into concepts that the product management team can execute on.
- Meet with customers, including hospitals, key accounts, and OEM partners, to discuss product solutions.
- Participate in main healthcare exhibitions in Europe, such as ECR, MEDICA, and JFR.
- Train sales teams and key accounts partners on product solutions.
- Identify tender opportunities and lead the tender preparation and specification activities.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Bio-medical Engineering, Business Management, or Marketing.
- Minimum 5 years' relevant working experience in a similar role in a top company operating in this market.
- Excellent understanding of the Healthcare market and medical display products.
- DR (Digital Radiography) sales engineering experience.
- Strong technical skills to find solutions to customer inquiries.
- Excellent communication skills to address internal and external stakeholders.
- Excellent team worker, self-driven, with a positive and proactive attitude.
- Professional command of German and English (other European languages or Korean will be highly valued).
- Availability to travel across Europe.
