Role Overview:
Join our dynamic team at Mercedes-Benz Leasing Deutschland GmbH as a Student Assistant in the Strategic Development department. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the evolution of our leasing operations in the German market.

Key Responsibilities:
As a part of our Strategy & Business Development team, you will:

  • Assist in fostering and enhancing innovation within our leasing services.
  • Support the execution of both operational and strategic projects.
  • Contribute to the ongoing growth and advancement of our business.
  • Play a vital role in preparing and following up on management decision documents.
  • Help in creating process documentation and other essential materials.
  • Participate in the design and execution of internal communication strategies, including newsletters and social intranet updates.
  • Manage and update content on our Confluence platform.
  • Support initiatives aimed at developing our corporate culture.

Qualifications:
We are looking for candidates who meet the following criteria:

  • Currently enrolled in a degree program focusing on social sciences or economics.
  • Previous experience in the financial services sector or management consulting is a plus.
  • Proficient in MS PowerPoint, Excel, Jira, and Confluence.
  • Fluent in both written and spoken German and English.
  • Able to effectively present complex topics in a clear manner.
  • Exhibit an independent, proactive, and organized work style.
  • Possess a creative and entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Demonstrate a confident demeanor and a strong team spirit.
