Position Overview

Join our team at Mercedes-Benz Leasing Deutschland GmbH as a Student Assistant in the field of Strategic Development. This role is pivotal in shaping the future of our leasing operations within the German market.

Key Responsibilities

As a Student Assistant, you will:

  • Support Innovation: Assist in the ongoing enhancement and promotion of innovative capabilities within our leasing division.
  • Implement Initiatives: Aid in the execution of both operational and strategic projects.
  • Contribute to Business Growth: Play a role in the scaling and further development of our business operations.
  • Prepare Documentation: Actively participate in the preparation and follow-up of decision-making documents for the management team.
  • Create Process Descriptions: Assist in drafting process outlines and other necessary documentation.
  • Enhance Internal Communication: Support the design and execution of internal communication strategies, including newsletters and social intranet updates.
  • Manage Confluence Pages: Create and maintain content on our Confluence platform.
  • Foster Corporate Culture: Contribute to the development of our organizational culture.
Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A degree program in social sciences or economics.
  • Initial experience in the financial services sector or management consulting is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in MS PowerPoint, Excel, Jira, and Confluence.
  • Fluency in both written and spoken German and English.
  • The ability to present complex topics clearly and effectively.
  • An independent, proactive, and organized approach to work.
  • A creative and entrepreneurial mindset.
  • A confident demeanor and a strong team-oriented attitude.
