As the Category Manager of CS&I (Commercial Strategy and Implementation), you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of the local business within your category of responsibility, embodying the voice of the shopper and customer.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and lead the deployment of Oral Health care annual brand plans, collaborating with Marketing teams to deliver best-in-class executions and drive business objectives.
- Own commercial deployment plans to local Sales teams, ensuring alignment with Marketing strategies and delivering business results.
- Partner with the Head of CS&I and BI DACH to drive the voice of external reality, building solid channel strategies and utilizing processes like 5-year strategy and LRP.
- Lead Go To Market, CVA input, and target ownership for Oral Health care innovation needs, ensuring clarity on what's needed to win in the country and across channels.
- Support the Head of CS&I and BI DACH with commercial ownership of Oral Health care business challenges and opportunities.
- 7+ years of experience in a large FMCG/Consumer Health environment, including leadership experience.
- Strong preference for extensive experience in Shopper & Trade Marketing and Sales.
- Proven ability to develop and implement effective strategies, processes, and controls, including trade funds management and supporting comprehensive business planning processes.
- Demonstrated success in external relationships and integrating omni-channel strategies, managing retailer relationships, and fluency in written and spoken English and German.
