Reporting to the Head of Commercial Strategy and Implementation, you will collaborate cross-functionally to land best-in-class executions and deliver business objectives for the market.

Description Overview

As the Category Manager of Oral Health Care, you will be responsible for developing leading commercial strategies, processes, and controls to drive business growth and success. Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading country deployment of Oral Health Care annual brand plans
  • Developing and implementing effective trade funds management and supporting comprehensive business planning processes
  • Collaborating with Marketing teams to own commercial deployment plans to local Sales teams
  • Partnering with the Head of Commercial Strategy and Implementation to drive the voice of external reality and what's needed to win within the category for the country

Scope of the Role

The Category Manager of Oral Health Care will be responsible for leading Go To Market, CVA input, and target ownership for Oral Health Care innovation needs. Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing effective strategies to drive business growth and success
  • Collaborating with Sales and Marketing teams to deliver winning execution of annual plans in market
  • Leading the creation of local selling tools to win in each channel
  • Defining Perfect Store and DVRP targets and KPIs measurement for Oral Health Care

Experience Required

The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of experience in a large FMCG/Consumer Health environment, including leadership experience. Strong preference for extensive experience in Shopper & Trade Marketing and Sales. Proven ability to develop and implement effective strategies, processes, and controls, including trade funds management and supporting comprehensive business planning processes.
