Category Manager Oral Health Care Specialist

Join Perrigo Company in shaping the future of oral health care as a Category Manager. As a key player in our Commercial Strategy and Implementation team, you will embody the voice of the shopper and customer, driving business objectives for the market.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing leading CS&I principles
  • Leading country deployment of oral health care annual brand plans
  • Collaborating with Marketing teams to own commercial deployment plans for local Sales teams
  • Partnering with the Head of CS&I and BI DACH to drive the voice of external reality and build solid channel strategies
  • Leading Go To Market, CVA input, and target ownership for oral health care innovation needs

As a Category Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Supporting the Head of CS&I and BI DACH with commercial ownership of oral health care business challenges and opportunities
  • Tailoring oral health care centrally deployed innovation tools to be fit for purpose for local sales teams
  • Key partnering with Cluster and Central CS&I teams to influence commercial innovation needs for oral health care

Requirements include:

  • 7+ years of experience in a large FMCG/Consumer Health environment, including leadership experience
  • Strong preference for extensive experience in Shopper & Trade Marketing and Sales
  • Proven experience in successful business delivery in commercial roles
  • Proven ability to develop and implement effective strategies, processes, and controls
  • Demonstrated success in external relationships and integrating omni-channel strategies
