About the Role

We are a Venture-Capital-Investor seeking a Customer Success Manager to support one of our successful portfolio companies in the E-Commerce sector. The company offers high-quality products, is a market leader in its segment, and focuses on customer satisfaction and innovative marketing strategies. To support further growth, we are looking for an engaged Customer Success Manager to support the Customer Success team on-site.

Key Responsibilities
  • You will be the first point of contact for customer inquiries and provide professional support via email, phone, chat, and social media.
  • You will advise customers comprehensively on the offered products and support them in making optimal purchasing decisions.
  • You will process orders, returns, and inquiries promptly and always find solution-oriented approaches.
  • You will work actively to increase customer satisfaction and ensure that all concerns are handled friendly and competently.
  • You will work closely with the Marketing and Logistics teams to ensure smooth processing of customer inquiries.
Requirements

YOU BRING THE FOLLOWING:

  • First experiences in Customer Service, preferably in E-Commerce, are an advantage.
  • You are a communicative team player with a strong customer orientation and enjoy solving problems.
  • Knowledge of Zendesk or similar customer service tools is helpful.
  • You have an interest in KI-Systems to optimize customer processes efficiently.
  • You communicate confidently in German, both verbally and in writing.

  • You maintain a cool head even in stressful situations and work structured and solution-oriented.
  • Willingness to learn new topics.
