Since our inception in the 1970s, under the leadership of Francesco Casoli, we have grown to employ over 3000 dedicated professionals, producing approximately 17 million units annually, including hoods and electric motors. Our manufacturing operations span five countries, including Italy, Poland, Mexico, India, and China, solidifying our position as a global leader in the hood sector and a prominent player in the design, production, and distribution of electric motors for hoods and heating systems.
Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a qualified candidate for the role of Regional Sales Executive responsible for the regions of Hessen, Niedersachsen, and Thüringen.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong business relationships with both existing and prospective clients within the assigned territory.
- Enhance the visibility and presence of the Elica brand among customers in the designated area.
- Analyze market potential and assess the value of current and potential clients for the organization.
- Strategically plan and organize sales initiatives to maximize territory potential.
- Monitor product developments, technical services, market conditions, competitive activities, and promotional trends through direct customer engagement.
- Engage in continuous learning by reviewing relevant literature and collaborating with Elica's marketing and technical service teams.
- Conduct regular product training sessions for clients, especially during new product launches.
- Participate actively in trade shows and industry events.
- Coordinate sales efforts in alignment with the sales management, marketing, accounting, logistics, and technical service departments.
Qualifications:
- Commercial or technical education/degree.
- Fluent in German; proficiency in English at B2 level is preferred.
- Extensive knowledge of the industry and sales techniques.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Valid Class B driver's license.
- Several years of sales experience in the home appliance, kitchen furniture, or furniture retail sectors.
- A strong passion for active sales and personal customer engagement.
- Confident and professional demeanor, coupled with a high degree of self-organization and flexibility.
- Enjoyment in acquiring new clients and developing long-term business relationships.
- Strong presentation, communication skills, and closing abilities.
