Your Responsibilities
As a vital member of the Content Production team, your role will involve assisting with various daily office tasks and responsibilities, including:
- Updating presentation materials and spreadsheets for meetings.
- Creating engaging interactive tutorials.
- Managing and maintaining the Excel-based production planning system and reporting.
- Building collaborative relationships within your team and across limited cross-functional areas.
- Potentially contributing to internal projects.
- Supporting the team with prioritized assignments.
Your Qualifications
- Currently enrolled as a student (f/m/d) at a university or university of applied sciences.
- Proficient in MS Office applications (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
- Strong communication skills in both German and English (written and verbal).
- Team-oriented with the ability to meet multiple tight deadlines.
- Organizational skills to manage your tasks effectively.
About the Team
The Product Learning Design – End User Enablement Team is tasked with the comprehensive production of Embedded Learning.
