Your Responsibilities
As a vital member of the Content Production team, you will assist in managing daily office operations and responsibilities, including production planning and content creation, while providing administrative support to project managers within your available hours.
- Revise and update materials such as PowerPoint presentations and Excel spreadsheets for meetings.
- Create engaging interactive tutorials.
- Maintain the Excel-based production planning system and generate reports.
- Foster collaborative relationships within your team and across limited cross-functional areas.
- Potentially contribute to internal projects.
- Support the team with prioritized tasks.
Your Qualifications
- Currently enrolled student (f/m/d) at a university or university of applied sciences.
- Proficient in MS Office applications (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
- Strong communication skills in both German and English (written and verbal).
- Team-oriented with the ability to meet multiple tight deadlines.
- Excellent organizational skills.
About the Team
The Product Learning Design – End User Enablement Team is responsible for the comprehensive production of Embedded Learning.

Please also detail your experience and skills in foreign languages and computer programs/programming languages.
