Your Responsibilities
As part of the Content Production team, your role will involve assisting with various office operations and responsibilities, including production planning and content creation, while providing administrative support to project managers during your working hours.
- Updating presentation materials, including PowerPoint and Excel documents for meetings.
- Creating interactive tutorials.
- Maintaining an Excel-based production planning system and generating reports.
- Building collaborative relationships within your team and across limited cross-functional areas.
- Possibly assisting with internal projects.
- Supporting the team with prioritized tasks.
Your Qualifications
- Currently enrolled student (f/m/d) at a university or university of applied sciences.
- Proficient in MS Office applications (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
- Strong communication skills in both German and English (written and verbal).
- Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple deadlines effectively.
- Strong organizational skills to manage your tasks and responsibilities.
About the Team
The Product Learning Design – End User Enablement Team is dedicated to the comprehensive production of Embedded Learning.
