Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate incoming job applications.
  • Oversee the administrative components of our recruitment and onboarding procedures.
  • Administer contracts, including drafting employment agreements, contract modifications, and reference documentation.
  • Maintain employee records in our HR database and coordinate payroll with our financial advisor.
  • Work alongside management on HR-related issues and support the execution of personnel decisions.
  • Assist in the enhancement of internal HR processes and initiatives.
Required Qualifications
  • Hands-on experience in a corporate environment with HR credentials or experience in Retail, Hospitality, or Food Service.
  • Degree or certification in Human Resources, Business Administration, or Psychology.
  • Proactive and enthusiastic work ethic with proficient German language skills (English proficiency is an advantage).
