We are currently seeking a Technical Support Specialist (m/f/d) for Wind Turbines to assist our client, a developer in the renewable energy sector.
Role Overview:
- Act as the primary technical liaison for service teams
- Assess the condition of equipment
- Provide troubleshooting and support primarily in mechanical engineering for service teams
- Coordinate maintenance operations
- Engage in collaboration across various departments
- Offer technical assistance for new equipment types
- Evaluate reports and damage assessments
- Assist with customer inquiries
Additional Responsibilities:
- Conduct reviews and analyses of maintenance reports
- Prepare and validate technical proposals
- Calculate and monitor equipment availability
