About the Role

We are looking for a talented Marketing Specialist to lead our Employer Branding and Personal Marketing efforts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic marketing plans to attract and retain top talent.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to enhance our employer brand and attract top talent
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, and events
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement marketing plans that align with business objectives
  • Manage and maintain our company's online presence, including our website and social media profiles
  • Develop and implement metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in marketing and employer branding

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing or a related field
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
