Position OverviewKey Responsibilities:
- Execute the clinical sales strategy established by the Clinical Sales Manager to enhance the utilization of the da Vinci Surgical Systems.
- Develop expertise in da Vinci Surgery across primary indications in the designated region to support the establishment of surgical robotics programs.
- Assist in regional Sales and Marketing initiatives that promote system awareness and procedure adoption.
- Create tailored da Vinci Surgery plans for surgical teams to ensure they can operate the system independently within a suitable timeframe based on their volume and access.
- Facilitate the effective use of the da Vinci system by collaborating with surgical teams to select appropriate cases and ensure consistent application.
- Expand the user base by engaging with key hospital personnel and surgeon thought leaders to develop a robust lead pipeline; interactions with senior hospital staff will be supported by the Clinical Sales Manager.
- Guide surgical teams through training sessions, providing insights on system operations, OR integration, and da Vinci Surgery applications.
- Act as a resource for surgical teams, offering guidance on the use of the da Vinci Surgical System and providing case support.
- Manage administrative responsibilities effectively, including reporting on sales/procedures, outcomes of sales activities, and expense report submissions.
Essential Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required.
- A minimum of two years of experience in medical device support and training or prior sales experience in healthcare.
- Demonstrated success in sales support or direct sales roles.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Fluency in English and the local language as necessary.
- Willingness to travel up to 50%, depending on account distribution.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.
- Familiarity with the Operating Room setting is preferred.
