Role Responsibilities
We are seeking motivated and inventive technical support engineers to join our expanding team. As a member of our Technical Support division, you will deliver top-tier customer service and advocate for this principle throughout the organization. Your primary objective will be to enhance customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention while meeting their expectations. You will focus on providing technical assistance related to after-sales support for our products and services, particularly in network and system-related challenges. Additionally, you will oversee the seamless operation of our offerings. The department operates on a 24/7 shift basis, with remote shifts during off-hours, including weekends and holidays.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field
- Strong understanding of OSI Model, TCP/IP networking, and firewall configurations
- Familiarity with networking technologies, including routing and switching
- Fluent in German, both written and spoken
- Proficient in English, both written and spoken
- Experience with satellite communication systems (Inmarsat, VSAT, Iridium)
- Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) certification
- Basic knowledge of Linux operating systems
Preferred Qualifications
- Two years of experience in customer support roles
- Red Hat Certified System Administrator (RHCSA) certification
- MCSA Windows Server or MTA: Windows Server Administration Fundamentals certification
