The Opportunity

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Site Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our client's production facility. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to a thriving organization with a strong commitment to quality, innovation, and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
  • Ensure the smooth and efficient operation of all site facilities, including maintenance and repair activities.
  • Implement continuous improvement initiatives to optimize production processes and enhance overall efficiency.
  • Develop and manage workforce schedules for both the locksmith shop and production teams, ensuring adequate staffing levels.
  • Coordinate the maintenance and repair of construction machinery, such as loaders, excavators, dumpers, and forklifts, to maintain optimal performance.
  • Oversee the procurement of machine parts, spare parts, and other essential components to support ongoing operations.
  • Collaborate with management on planning raw material extraction and mining operations, particularly during expansion projects.
Requirements:
  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field is preferred.
  • Several years of proven experience in plant and machinery construction within a manufacturing environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, take initiative, and maintain a strong focus on quality and safety standards.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, with a collaborative approach to teamwork.
