We are a family-owned and operated mid-sized company in the construction materials industry, seeking a Production Manager to lead our operations at our Breisach-Niederrimsingen site.

With a rich history dating back to 1932, we pride ourselves on innovation, competitiveness, and high standards of quality and customer satisfaction. Our tradition of excellence in sand and gravel extraction has enabled us to develop a range of essential building materials, including ready-mix concrete, concrete blocks, and sandstone.

Our core objective is to create solid values and products while minimizing resource consumption and energy usage through the application of modern extraction and production techniques, as well as our extensive experience.

Responsibilities:

Your Key Tasks:

  • Oversee the coordination of maintenance and repairs of our facilities and equipment, and actively participate in implementing necessary measures
  • Optimize our facilities through continuous improvement and monitor production processes
  • Be responsible for personnel planning in the machine shop and production areas
  • Coordinate and organize maintenance and repairs of our heavy machinery, including excavators, dump trucks, and forklifts
  • Organize the procurement of spare parts, machinery components, and other materials
  • Support in preparing excavation and mining operations for expansion projects and more

Your Profile:

  • A completed education or degree in Mechanical Engineering or Metalworking (Master or Technician preferred)
  • Several years of experience in the field of plant and machinery engineering
  • You work independently, responsibly, and with a focus on quality
  • You are a team player, flexible, and solution-oriented
