About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Shift Manager to join our Amazon Logistics team in Europe Core. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for leading a large and diverse team to ensure seamless delivery of our products to customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Lead a team of associates to ensure high-quality work and meet business objectives.
  • Process Improvement: Analyze and implement corrective actions to optimize work processes and improve customer service.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other managers to standardize shift processes and drive productivity.
  • Performance Analysis: Analyze performance metrics and suggest process improvements to optimize work and improve customer service.
A Day in the Life

You will work shifts and be based at one of our operational sites. Your main focus will be to maintain safety standards within your team and across your site. You will also monitor and maintain process efficiency, prioritize routine team management and daily operational tasks, and handle individual escalations and process improvement work.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree: A bachelor's degree or working towards a bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Language Skills: Advanced proficiency in written and verbal English and local language.
  • Relevant Experience: Relevant experience in performing data analysis and working in a logistical environment.
