About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead our retail team and drive sales growth in our stores. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that our stores deliver a premium level of customer service, monitor key performance indicators, and plan and organize staff to meet sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Service
- Ensure that our customers receive a high level of service and support in-store
- Monitor customer feedback and implement changes to improve the customer experience
- Operations
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, including stock management and loss prevention
- Monitor key performance indicators, such as sales and customer satisfaction
- Staff Management
- Lead and motivate a team of sales staff to achieve sales targets
- Plan and organize staff rotas to ensure adequate coverage
- Visual Merchandising
- Oversee the visual presentation of the store, including window displays and in-store displays
- Work with the buying team to ensure that the store is stocked with the latest products
Requirements
- Experience
- Proven experience in retail management, preferably in a fashion or luxury goods environment
- Skills
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Knowledge of retail operations and visual merchandising
