In our dynamic retail environment, we are seeking a skilled Floor Manager to lead our store team and drive sales growth.


As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, including managing staff, controlling inventory, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:



  • Lead and motivate a high-performing store team
  • Manage store operations, including inventory control and visual merchandising
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business targets
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive shopping experience
  • Collaborate with the management team to drive business growth and development

Requirements:



  • Successful commercial training in retail or comparable education/training
  • Several years of professional experience in fashion retail, as an assistant department manager or deputy
  • Great passion and enthusiasm for fashion and lifestyle
  • Excellent customer focus and a positive attitude
  • Excellent communication skills and highly developed people skills
