  • Oversee the end-to-end strategic transformation process aimed at value creation for the DACH region
  • Monitor project execution and assess business case outcomes in close partnership with stakeholders
  • Deliver internal summary reports at regular intervals to keep all parties informed
  • Facilitate effective management to pinpoint key project risks and challenges
  • Develop high-quality project documentation for governance, risk assessment, and financial oversight
  • Ensure process enhancements in response to changes
