Your Responsibilities

We are seeking a Project Manager for Employment Conditions & Workplace Culture (m/f/d) to join our Head Office. Your responsibilities include: Strategically designing and implementing initiatives aimed at fostering cultural transformation within DB Schenker. Leading global projects focused on enhancing employment conditions and establishing DB Schenker as a company that prioritizes employee wellbeing. Creating, planning, and executing global Leadership & Talent Development Solutions to assist leaders at all levels in navigating change. Managing projects that advance DB Schenker's commitment to excellence in Diversity, Equity & Inclusion. Supporting significant change and cultural initiatives within the global People & Organization function.

Qualifications

Your profile: Several years of operational and/or strategic HR experience, preferably in People Development and/or Change Management. Demonstrated experience in managing and leading global projects, ideally within People & Organization. Innovative and creative thinker with a proven ability to provide solutions, possessing project and change management expertise to address customer and future needs. Strong customer orientation and business insight, with a successful track record in developing and executing comprehensive solutions within and beyond HR. Excellent strategic and analytical capabilities, adaptability to changing circumstances, and outstanding communication and collaboration skills.
