Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative at IKEA. As a key member of our sales floor team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge and provide recommendations to customers
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service
  • Participate in visual merchandising and store displays to create an engaging shopping environment

Requirements
  • Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
  • Strong product knowledge and passion for IKEA products
