Position: Senior Manager (w/m/d) Trade & Customs - ESG

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Manager (w/m/d) Trade & Customs - ESG to join our team at KPMG. As a key member of our Indirect Tax Services team, you will be responsible for providing strategic support to our clients in the areas of environmental taxes, ESG compliance management systems, and trade customs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert advice to national and international clients on environmental taxes, including energy and climate taxes, plastic taxes, and CBAM.
  • Develop and implement ESG compliance management systems for clients.
  • Prepare and submit tax returns and declarations for clients.
  • Support clients in building ESG reporting systems.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in a relevant field, such as finance, economics, or law.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in trade customs and environmental taxes.
  • Excellent knowledge of German and English languages.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively with clients.
