Role Overview
As a Data Analyst within the Marketing Analytics division, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the effectiveness of our communication platform. Your primary responsibility will be to assist stakeholders from the product team in making informed decisions through data-driven insights. Your expertise in analytics, combined with your strong communication and stakeholder management abilities, will significantly contribute to the overall success of HelloFresh.

Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with Product and Commercial Leads to comprehend the strategic objectives for your area and execute engaging initiatives accordingly. Partner closely with the Product and Marketing teams to foster a culture of evidence-based decision-making. Communicate actionable insights effectively across the organization, emphasizing the implications of your analyses to drive business growth. Explore and analyze customer behavior, communication engagement, and product performance data to identify growth opportunities by enhancing user experience.Qualifications
Proven experience in quantitative analysis roles, preferably with a background in product teams. Technical Skills: Proficient in advanced SQL and foundational statistical methodologies. Data Visualization Expertise: Advanced proficiency in Tableau for creating impactful visualizations that convey complex data effectively. Analytical Acumen: Confident in analyzing large datasets while navigating common challenges. Comprehensive Analytical Approach: A blend of analytical and critical thinking, complemented by strong presentation and communication skills. Results-Oriented Mindset: Ability to translate problem statements into actionable insights, aligning stakeholders to implement value-driven actions. Familiarity with BI and A/B Testing: Experience with Business Intelligence tools and analytics platforms, including A/B testing methodologies.Benefits
