Software Engineering Working Student

We are seeking a talented Software Engineering Working Student (Frontend or Fullstack) to join our dynamic tech team and contribute to this exciting mission.

As part of a cross-functional team focused on the B2C domain, you will play a vital role in developing and maintaining frontend and backend solutions for our customers. Your work will directly impact the Heartbeat App and the underlying services that power our platform.

Your Responsibilities
  • Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and developers to bring innovative ideas to life.
  • Research, evaluate, implement, and deploy software solutions for our core customer-facing products.
  • Ensure the smooth operation and maintenance of business-critical applications.
  • Conduct A/B experiments to optimize website performance and drive lead conversion rates.
  • Take ownership of features from conception to completion, ensuring high quality and user satisfaction.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the team.
