Software Engineering Working Student

We are seeking a highly skilled Software Engineering working student to join our tech team at 1KOMMA5°. As a working student, you will have the opportunity to work on various projects and contribute to the development of our software solutions.
Key ResponsibilitiesAs a Software Engineering working student, you will be responsible for implementing backend or fullstack solutions for our customers, improving our Heartbeat App and the underlying backend services. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Collaborating with product managers, designers, and developers to deliver high-quality software solutions
- Discovering, evaluating, implementing, and deploying software solutions for our core customer-facing products
- Maintaining business-critical applications
- Fostering a culture of experiment-driven innovation within the team
- Improving customer satisfaction by continuously reducing tech debt, improving the quality, and building software people love to use
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- First experience writing backend services with Node.js in TypeScript
- Knowledge of React, Next.js, and Flutter is a plus
- Passion for writing maintainable, documented, reusable, and testable code
- Agile and result-oriented mindset, and a team player
- Very good written and spoken English skills. German is a plus
