Lead Consultant in Information Security

Key Responsibilities
- Play a pivotal role in the ongoing enhancement of our information security solutions by collaborating closely with the product development team, ensuring our offerings remain innovative in a fast-evolving sector.
- Utilize your extensive expertise to conceptualize and implement new functionalities and tools that enhance the effectiveness and user-friendliness of our platform.
- Provide comprehensive advisory services to clients on all facets of information security, assisting them in recognizing and alleviating potential risks to their operations.
- Develop tailored Information Security Management Systems (ISMS) from the ground up and offer continuous support to adapt to the evolving needs of our clients.
- Serve as a reliable partner for clients, guiding them through the certification audit processes for standards such as ISO 27001 and TISAX, instilling confidence in their secure operations.
- Collaborate with the Sales and Customer Success teams to uncover opportunities for cross-selling and upselling to existing clients, fostering strong relationships and driving business growth.
- Share your knowledge with junior colleagues and mentor them to maintain a consistently high standard of advisory quality.

Candidate Profile
Essential Qualifications:
- Demonstrated professional experience in IT and information security.
- Hands-on experience with management systems such as TISAX, ISO 9001, ISO 27001, or SOC2.
- Background in customer-facing roles, including consulting, project management, or customer support.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in both German and English.
- Process-oriented with a strong customer focus.
- Awareness of the latest trends in IT and information security, with a keen interest in data protection.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Educational background in IT or related fields.
- Experience in a SaaS or legal tech environment.
