Unser Auftraggeber, ein renommiertes und wachsendes Unternehmen im Bereich Branchensoftware, sucht aktuell einen IT Support Specialist (m/w/d) im Kundenservice. Dich erwarten spannende Aufgaben und hervorragende Entwicklungsmöglichkeiten.

IT Support Specialist (m/w/d) Deine Aufgaben:
  • Gemeinsam mit Deinem Team bist Du als Ansprechpartner:in im 2nd Level Support für technische Anfragen zur Installation und zum Betrieb verantwortlich.
  • Du nimmst Anliegen entgegen, bearbeitest diese eigenständig und priorisierst sie entsprechend.
  • Die Dokumentation Deiner Tätigkeiten und Vorgänge erfolgt im Ticketsystem.
  • Du arbeitest aktiv an der kontinuierlichen Verbesserung unserer internen FAQ-Datenbank mit.
  • Zusätzlich unterstützt Du bei der Erstellung und Aktualisierung unseres Servicekatalogs.
Dein Profil:
  • Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung im IT-Bereich, z. B. als Fachinformatiker (m/w/d), und bist an verschiedenen IT-Themen interessiert.
  • Idealerweise bringst Du erste Erfahrungen im Kundenservice sowie im Umgang mit einem Ticketsystem mit.
  • Als Berufseinsteiger (m/w/d) bist Du mit dem Begriff ITIL vertraut und hast eine hohe IT-Affinität.
  • Du beherrschst die deutsche Sprache auf Muttersprachenniveau oder mindestens C1.
  • Der Kontakt mit Kunden bereitet Dir Freude, und Du hilfst gerne per Fernwartung.
  • Eine gewissenhafte und hilfsbereite Arbeitsweise rundet Dein Profil ab.
