Your key responsibilities:

  • Manage and direct a team of around 10 field sales professionals
  • Provide coaching and assistance during client engagements
  • Establish ambitious targets for the team and ensure alignment with organizational goals in your area
  • Facilitate engaging meetings and training sessions to keep your team informed and motivated
  • Formulate and execute strategic plans to enhance sales performance in your territory
  • Onboard and mentor new team members, guiding them to excel in their roles

Your qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience in leading a sales team, along with completion of relevant professional training
  • Extensive sales background with thorough understanding of market dynamics and industry trends
  • Strong interpersonal skills, passion for sales, and a commitment to team success
  • High degree of responsibility, adaptability, and assertiveness
  • Willingness to travel within your designated area and possess a valid Class B driver's license
