Key Responsibilities:
  • Performing general administrative duties in Office Management
  • Overseeing and enhancing office processes
  • Addressing team and employee inquiries along with office requisitions
  • Assisting with financial accounting responsibilities
  • Managing cleaning personnel and external service providers
  • Providing support in commercial and technical aspects of property management
  • Coordinating and organizing meetings and events
  • Ensuring efficient office operations and maintaining employee and client satisfaction
Qualifications:
  • Completed commercial training or equivalent qualifications
  • At least 5 years of experience in Office Management
  • A strong team player who is dependable, self-sufficient, and a quick learner
  • Proficient in MS Office applications with a willingness to learn new software
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German; proficiency in English is advantageous
