Position Overview

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our suite of Value-Added Services and Sales Enablement Tools meet the evolving needs of our customers. This includes consulting, uptime services, managed facilities, and financial services.

Your Mission
  • You will define and articulate the overarching Value-Added Services (VAS) vision and strategy, aligning with our broader product and business objectives.
  • You will monitor the performance and success of Sales Enablement Tools globally, including customer adaptation, satisfaction, and retention.
  • You will collaborate with local and regional market teams to create roadmaps for new service offerings.
  • You will execute the implementation, expansion, and ongoing monitoring of Sales Enablement Tools, including further improvements.
  • You will take ownership of specific VAS categories and business models, overseeing the portfolio of relevant services.

Your Talents
  • Bachelor or Master degree
  • Knowledge and experience in product management
  • 3 years of experience managing service products and Sales Enablement Tools and coordination
  • Proficiency in design tools, such as Figma or Sketch
  • Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and leadership skills, with planning abilities
  • Self-driven individual
  • Excellent written and verbal English skills
