Als Director Operations - Germany (m/w/d) in München Teil unseres globalen Operations Teams und trage dazu bei, das Daily Business zu managen und kontinuierlich weiterzuentwickeln.

Verantwortungsbereich
  • Führe den Bereich Operations in unserer Zentrale in Deutschland und verantwortest alle Themen rund um Verwaltung, Abrechnung und Kundensupport für unsere Sport- und Wellness-Partner, Firmenkunden und Mitglieder im deutschen Raum.
  • Verantwortest einen Bereich von 22+ Mitarbeitenden und stellst mit Deinen 4 hochmotivierten Teamleads einen optimalen Arbeitsablauf sicher; dabei legst Du besonderen Wert auf das Coaching und die Weiterentwicklung Deiner Direct Reports.
  • Erkennst Optimierungspotenziale sowie Möglichkeiten zur Effizienzsteigerung eigenständig, setzt diese um und sorgst so für die kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung unserer lokalen und globalen Business Process Landschaft.
  • Kooperierst dabei mit verschiedenen Stakeholdern aus den Bereichen Sales, Customer Success, Product, Operational Excellence etc.
  • Unterstützt unser Management Team bei der Planung und Umsetzung von Initiativen und strategischen Projekten.
Dein Fitness Level
  • Bringst mind. 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung aus den Bereichen Operations, Kundensupport, Prozessoptimierungen und Arbeit mit CRM-Systemen mit.
  • Hast mind. 3 Jahre Erfahrung in der fachlichen sowie disziplinarischen Teamführung.
  • Behältst den Überblick über Gesamtzusammenhänge und arbeitest erfolgreich mit verschiedenen Stakeholdern im internationalen Umfeld zusammen.
  • Verfügst über eine strategische Denkweise und bist in der Lage, aktuelle und zukünftige Anforderungen frühzeitig zu erkennen und umzusetzen.
  • Verfügst über solide analytische Kenntnisse und bist grundsätzlich an digitalen Themen und Trends interessiert.
  • Besitzt eine sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit sowie sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse.
  • Arbeitest gerne selbstständig, strukturiert, sorgfältig und verfügst über eine hohe Auffassungsgabe.
