Role Responsibilities
- Assist in daily reconciliation, settlement, and securities transfer operations, ensuring our clients receive exceptional financial services.
- Conduct detailed analyses of security events and compile relevant information to support decision-making and client communication.
- Manage communications with external partners involved in clearing and settlement, as well as stock exchanges, to facilitate seamless transaction processing.
- Contribute to the development of efficient processes and engage in projects with internal teams to support our rapidly growing business.
Qualifications
- Completion of a banking apprenticeship or a Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
- Initial experience in the financial services sector with a strong interest in financial instruments.
- Understanding of capital markets and the processes associated with security transactions and corporate actions.
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Fluency in English and at least C1 level proficiency in German (both written and spoken).
