Beschreibung der Rolle

Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Datenanalysten, der unsere Datenanalysen und -berichte unterstützt. Der Kandidat sollte eine starke Erfahrung in der Datenanalyse und -berichterstattung haben und ein gutes Verständnis für Daten und ihre Analyse haben.

Verantwortlichkeiten
  • Erstellung von ad-hoc Auswertungen und Analysen auf Basis umfangreicher Daten aus verschiedensten Quellen
  • Ableitung von Forecasts und Trends für die Entwicklung von neuen Produkten und produktübergreifenden Services
  • Erstellung und Monitoring von Standard-Reports, Dashboards & Alerts
  • Entwicklung konkreter Maßnahmen und Handlungsempfehlungen zur Optimierung der bestehenden Produkte
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den Produkt- und Finanzkollegen zur Erstellung von Business Cases zur Verbesserung und Optimierung von Kundenbindung, Loyalität, Cross- & Up-Selling
  • Erfolgsmessung von Maßnahmen und Features anhand von Testings, Ad-hoc-Analysen sowie regelmäßigen KPI-Reportings in Thoughtspot, Google Analytics und Salesforce
  • Sicherstellung der Datenqualität und Erstellung von Dokumentationen
  • Entwicklung ganzheitlicher Analyseansätze für die Weiterentwicklung des gesamten Geschäftsmodells, z.B. anhand von Tiefenanalysen
Anforderungen
  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Wirtschaftswissenschaften, (Wirtschafts-) Informatik, (Wirtschafts-) Mathematik, oder eines anderen analytischen Studienganges
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in einer ähnlichen Rolle, idealerweise im E-Commerce, Analytics- oder Business Intelligence-Umfeld
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Google Analytics, MS Excel (Power Query) und SQL sowie idealerweise erste Berührungspunkte im Bereich App-Analytics
  • Schnelle Auffassungsgabe, starke Proaktivität in der Problem-Erkennung sowie der Entwicklung potentieller Lösungsansätze
  • Eigenverantwortlicher sowie analytischer, strukturierter und ergebnisorientierter Arbeitsstil
  • Hohes Verständnis für Daten und für die Ableitung von Maßnahmen
  • Fließendes Deutsch und gute bis sehr gute Englischkenntnisse
