  • Beratung and Betreuung of existing customers and supporting the onboarding of new customers
  • Creating and calculating new offers with a focus on their development
  • Smooth execution and delivery of orders
  • Supporting the execution of sales conversations and handling customer complaints
  • Close collaboration with the sales team
  • Being a point of contact for internal departments such as preparation, quality, accounting, or shipping
